Contracts' specificities concerning engineering export activities

Abstract

Specificities of engineering export activities and international engineering contracts have been discussed in this article from the interdisciplinary point of view, taking into consideration economic, legal and technical aspects. The author has presented models, characteristics and results of the turnkey contracts significant for this important field of international economic relations.
