Abstract

Systemic interpretation draws out meaning of some sentence from legal system. Concept of legal system has not only one meaning, so systematic interpretation has got several aspects. We can distinguish argument of conceptional permanency, topograpich argument, argument from priciples of law and argument (principle) of legality, conceptional-systermic argument, and so on. Besides various interpretic proceedings of wich consists systemic interpretation, author analyzes techniques for completing of legal system which fi lls up legal gaps, solves ambiguities, and reducs uncerainty of system. We use systemic interpreting complemently with others methods/ arguments, but we give advantage to teleologic interpretation.
