RESEARCH INTO SATISFACTION LEVELS OF SLOVENIAN TOURISTS WITH PRODUCTS OF OREBIĆ TOURIST DESTINATION

Abstract

Orebić is a significant tourist destination for Slovenian tourists. Because of tough competition on the tourist market, and in order to keep the existing level of tourist supply and attract new consumers, it is necessary to permanently test guest satisfaction and match the tourist offer to tourist expectations. The main purpose of this paper is to research the satisfaction level of Slovenian tourists with the tourist product in the area of Orebić. In order to achieve this, an empirical research was conducted, including 191 Slovenian tourists staying in hotels, private accommodation and camps.
