Period of limitation for claims arising from contract of towage

Abstract

Claims arising from a contract of towage shall be time barred under a one-year
period. The state of limitation shall start to run from the day the towage ended,
excepting claims for towage remuneration for which the time limit starts to run from
the day the towage remuneration was due.
