Abstract

At the Čopić settlement at Senj it has been quite a regular phenomenon, whilw undergoing various construction works, to come upon tombs which belong to a late antique necropolis, registred on that site. So, during May 1997 were found several of them, but unfortunately all were ruined. Afterwards, some pieces of information were gethered accordingly. The author of this article, by describing the situation found thereupon, compares gethered pieces of information with those known from before and involves them in the archeological problems pf the necropilis site. Special consideration was given to the finds of the antique wall, which belonged to the Sanctuary of God Liber.
