Abstract

Some of the important occupations of contemporary western societies are questions concerning human happiness. A characteristic of this absorption is treating negative emotions as a mere disorder. By using an interdisciplinary approach this article tried to expose some of the main problems of contemporary views on happiness, socializing of emotions and possible limits of some prevalent theories.
