Powers and duties of the administrative judge when inquiring into lawsuit

Abstract

To demonstrate the specific nature of „ the duties of the administrative judge“in countries such as France, it is necessary to refer to historical and geographical analysis. The reasons for the existence of the administrative judge in many democratic countries as well as in those nearing democracy are shown. Furthermore, the differences and specificities of the administrative judge in relation to other judges are emphasised.
