Daniel Giltard
Abstract
Full jurisdiction administrative dispute is a term which the French administrative judiciary uses daily. Over time, a concrete evolution of the concept has occurred. Today, it is evident that the full jurisdiction administrative dispute has become an irreplaceable method used by administrative judges. The European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which favours the use of the aforementioned dispute, has infl uenced this evolution.
