Newspaper Publishing in the Light of the Theory of Central Settlements

Abstract

The paper deals with journalism in Croatia through the prism of the theory of central settlements. Hierarchical degrees and regional differences within the systems of newspaper centres are determined, and particularly of the functioning of culture, i.e. journalism, in the local central system.
