The scientific professional journal "Veterinary Practice" appeared in the second half of the 1970th as a newspaper of then the Business Association of veterinary stations. Since then it has changed several publishers, the journal has stagnated at times, improving, and often had a delay in publication. Croatian Veterinary Institute becoming the 1st publisher January 2009 year. Since then the journal is published six times a year regularly, well equipped and has increased the number of pages. The journal "Veterinary Practice" is intended primarily for practitioners and veterinarians are still free to send almost 1,400 addresses.
