Sažetak

Th e stakeholder approach has been designed to assert the general principles of equality, unity, and solidarity. Its key value is inclusion. Its supporters emphasize the wish to form a just society compatible with private property, profi t-making, and decentralized decisions on the market. A stakeholder society (economy, enterprise) is based on the reciprocity of rights and obligations which is generated around the notion of economic, social, and political inclusion. Th e aim of the implementation of this concept is to form a free, moral and cohesive society based on general participation, social inclusion and market
economy. Th e connection between the stakeholder approach and other concepts such as social enterpreneurship and social responsibility is a strong one.
