The use of Ketamine anaesthesia in dentistry

Sažetak

After a short survey of the clinical pharmacology of Ketamine and considering the mode of its application, the authors describe their experiences with this anaesthetic agent. The indications as the possibilities with the application of Ketamine anaesthesia in different dental disciplines are consideredThe advantages of this anaesthetic method are pointed out, but the drawbacks and the contraindications for its use also stressed, and so are the complications that may arise because of its careless use.
