Sažetak
A comparison between values of basal blood gastrin in 46 patients with colorectal tumours aged between 27 and 78 years and those of a control group consisting of 25 healthy age- and sex-matched subjects has been made. The values of basal blood gastrin in all examined patients were significantly higher than those observed in the control group. (p<0,05).
