Croatian Cases Before EU Courts

Sažetak
The Republic of Croatia joined the European Union more than five years ago. During that period, more than twenty cases have been submitted to the EU courts, which can be labelled “Croatian”. This article analyses those cases. Although their nature is very different, the conducted analysis enables some conclusions to be drawn regarding the quality of the acts initiating proceedings, the content of the decisions of the EU Courts and the consequences of those decisions.
