Sažetak
The training procedure intiated in experiemntal animal a hyperplasis of mionuclei (15.2-35.9%) in the cells of skeletal muscles, diaphragm muscles and miacord of the left ventricule. Relating the measured number of nuclei in the unit of volume of muscle tissue with the biochemically determined amount of DN in one nucleus, the authors have made a quantitative estimate of the increase in concentration of DNA, caused by training effort. The authors also believe that the so called nucleotype effects, a consequence of enlargement of genoms, is the basic factor in hyperthropy of muscles and hyperphlasia of their cell elements, including the capilary network.
