Sažetak
The paper presents the design of a vertical farm in the form of a 3D model. The aim is to present a modernized way of growing agricultural goods that will in the future improve and replace the forms of cultivation used today. Vertical farms are considered potential for the future of agriculture because, compared to conventional farming methods, they have a higher yield per smaller unit area. The location of vertical farms in the immediate vicinity of urban centers ensures the growth of diverse types of strains regardless of climate and location. In addition to growing agricultural goods, vertical farms provide a beautiful aesthetic in urban centers. Vertical farms ensure increased food production and expansion of agricultural systems. This way of growing helps to reduce the growing global need for food in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. [1] In the coming decades, in which migration and severe global changes will affect the way of life so far, a vertical farm becomes a necessity in global food production. [2] The 3D model of the vertical farm was created using a computer software for 3D modeling, Maxon Cinema 4D R23.
