Sažetak
Along with the intensive construction of highways in the Republic Slovenia, urban land consolidation has become a procedure of a current interest in gaining the land for the highway, in the first place because of the fragmented property structure in Slovenia. At the same time, the construction of highways initiated the idea of creating a program support that would speed up and above all modernise the procedures of urban land consolidation.
