Sažetak
We deal with the problem of a significant interest for civil engineering practice, the limit load analysis of plates. Specific considerations pertinent to steel and reinforced concrete plates are both given. A special emphasis is put on providing a computationally efficient implementation, the details of which are discussed in the paper. A rather extensive set of numerical examples is presented in order to display a very satisfying performance of proposed methodology.
