Sažetak
A fairy tale is both a unique source of knowledge for children and a
highly effective educational material. Firstly, it is intended for those who are only
starting to learn how to understand the mysteries of the world, and to differentiate and
analyse the unavoidable human life companions – good and evil. The Belarusian
national art treasure includes a number of fairy tales in which "the harmony between
the people’s artistic experience and perennial national pedagogy experience is
reached", and in which the age of listeners, the principles of accessibility,
consecutiveness, etc. are taken into account." [2 p. 8]. Fairy tales, as a reflection of
complex mutual relationships between people and the fantasy world or the real world,
are passed on to generations of children. They bring joy to the young listeners or
readers as they make it possible to reveal that special world. They also promote the
development of aesthetic taste of children, shaping the habits of perceiving,
memorising and retrieving information.
