Sažetak
In this the paper deals with the importance of communication system which in interaction with organization and information systems manage complex business system. The importance of information funtion is emphasized hereby comunication system convey its fully efficiency. Analysis are focused at information function in which contemporary information-communication tehnology is used in processing, transfer, receiving and using of informations for decision making and enterprise managing. The information-communication protection is specially emphased in a view of environment open systems and the authority to access the information is organized on the base of business system hierarchyal organization. The communication system openness will demand due to development of local, national and world networks that international community appropriates unique codex of behaviour regulations in communication environment.
The information system is not static as well as the organization and the communication systems, and therefore it is expected that described model will develop further according to demands of complex business system and its environment.
