Sažetak

The possibilities of usage whey are many. Authors research the production of powdered whey, which has two phases: evaporation and drying. In this manner high nutritive quality product is obtained, the time of applicability is longer and the transport is easier. Powdered whey satisfies chemical and bacteriological standards.
