Sažetak A new approach for measuring the performance of employees in construction companies is presented. Two different methods are proposed. For employees directly engaged on a project, performance is measured by using different Key Performance Indicators on four different organisation levels. For employees not directly engaged on a project, performance is measured by using Responsibility Assignment Matrices that are quantified using the Quality Function Deployment methodology. In both cases the system returns non-dimensional evaluations for employees, which can be used as a management tool for efficient human resource management. The presented framework is designed for civil construction projects and companies but it is applicable to any industry.
