Sažetak

Kraljevina cultivar is an autochthonous Croatian variety which is traditionally cultivated at the area of north-western Croatia. That cultivar has been included into the procedure of clonal selection within the project “Clonal selection cv. Kraljevina” since 2003. During the initial stage of research there were selected and, based on positive phenotypic variability, singled out vines which were used for phenotypic observations in the following years. Based on the obtained results of 24 elite mother vines, they were vegetatively propagated and planted in the collection of clone candidates in GornjePsarjevo. Nine clone candidates of Kraljevina were separately harvested in 2011 and microvinification was conducted in controlled conditions by using two commercial yeasts, Anchor VIN13 and Uvaferm Affinity. In the obtained wines there were conducted the basic chemical analysis, individual organic acids were determined and sensory evaluation of wines was performed.
