Sažetak
General Assembly of the UNO, on the initiative of European Physical Society and International Union of Pure and Applied Physics with support of UNESCO, has declared year 2005 the World Year of Physics.
Main initiator and organizer of all activities regarding the World Year of Physics in Croatia was the Croatian Physical Society along with the Physics and Geophysics department of the Faculty of Science at the University of Zagreb, with the Ru|er Bo{kovi} Institute and the Institute of Physics as co-organizers.
The main events took place during the Physics Week, scheduled for November 7-12, 2005. In this article I shall write about the exhibition entitled Einstein in Library, which was prepared and organized as part of the above mentioned event. With the setting of this exhibition, the Library presented its archival and memory function by exhibiting library materials from its rich collection dating from as early as 1876, the year of its founding. Finally, it needs to be emphasized that the Library successfully participates in scientific progress by tracking the needs of its users.
