The draft employment contract of the nuns

Sažetak

Based on Canons 681 and 682 of the Code of Canon Law, the author presents the necessary components of a written contract of employment of women religious in the Church institutions. Based on the exposed matter, proposing "draft a written contract" that can serve as a template and a guide in the preparation of such a contract.
