Sažetak
The results of this research may be regarded as a move towards establishing a new and modern Croatian economic terminology in the field of management or, more precisely, in the field of business results management. It may also be conceived as an initiation of changes in the management and organization of hotel enterprises. Controlling as an instrument of management is particulary significant for smooth and successful running of hotel business operations and is therefore deserving of special consideration.
