Technical options for reducing spray drift in the vineyard and in the orchard

Sažetak
Choosing an adequate mist blower for vineyards depends on many factors. The most important is the quality of the spray deposition on plants. In order to make the choice of buying a mist blower easier, there are independent lists of nozzles and machines, which enable a certain degree of drift reduction. Slovene producers Agromehanika and Zupan have some of their mist blowers on the positive list Kooperation der Regionen, which means that these mist blowers allow spraying with less spray losses. To reduce spray drift, the wine-maker can also choose recyclable tunnel mist sprayers. Increased surface productivity in spraying is possible by using multirow mist blowers, which can be recycled tunnel constructions, or with adequate air diffusers.
