Sažetak
The research aimed to evaluate the significancy in variation in the biomass yield, physiological parameters (nitrogen balance index, chlorophyll, flavonoids, anthocyanins), macroelements (N, P, K), and trace elements (Fe, Mn, Zn, Ni), of the organic and treated oats, influenced by individual applications of mineral (MF) and organomineral (OMF) fertilizers, CaCO3 , steel slag (SS) and combination (MF+CaCO3 , OMF+CaCO3 , MF+SS, OMF+SS). The experiment in a greenhouse, in pots, was conducted from the fourth week of March to the fourth week of June 2025, using Eutric Cambisol, a soil characterized by a very acid reaction. Physiological parameters in both oat types were statistically most influenced (P ≤ 0.01) by the treatment, macroelements - by the treatment and oat type, and all trace elements - mostly by the treatment, oat type, and their interaction. Individual parameters comparison in both oats indicated the most pronounced significant influence (P < 0.05) of OMF+SS, while the lowest values were determined in individual treatments. Slightly better results for biomass yield, but not so pronounced, were observed for treated oats. The highest values of all trace elements in both oats were determined in MF and MF+SS treatments, but far below the toxic values. For a better understanding of the present findings, further research in this area of study on larger soil areas could potentially make the oat production more acceptable from an ecological point of view.
