Those mechanisms in the surroundings of global as well as regional European trends have been dealt with in this paper. Dynamics processes, above all, are in question, which are unavoidable challenge of the tourism of the 21st century not only as a constitutional part of word economy but also as crucial factor of its development. The opinions about globalization differ, starting from those accepting it as a powerful organizational and management apparatus, calling it "Global Bible", and others warning about unavoidable consequences, complex societal impersonality or concept of unreliability.
According to recent investigation, the process of globalization has been organized on the principle of the "organization of economy" determining advantages and conveniences of a specific state in relation to the other or similar one. However, gradually, the opinions about globalization unavoidably have been changed and it is becoming an imperative of our times. From special point of view, globalization fosters territorialization as well as deterritorialization of tourism in many regions of the world.
Such complex processes include many international bodies that directly or indirectly direct the tourism. In the process of European integration many bodies have been formed directing the development of tourism on all regional and organizational levels.
