Sažetak
Throughout the century, due to prejudice and the fact of not being, persons with special needs, have always been segregated. The activation of persons with special needs into regular schooling, as well as the change of attitudes towards students with special needs is the main postulate for school and social integration.
The main aim of this diploma paper is to define elementary school teacher's attitudes in Srebrenik toward inclusion.
This exploration includes attitudes of 120 teachers in elementary schools in Srebrenik. The results indicate positive attitudes towards inclusion, but they also indicate the need for an ongoing education of teachers and other requirements in order to enforce inclusion.
