The conditions for milk and dairy products quality in many countries are regulated by adequate legislation. They are based on the international standards proscribed by international organizations such as primary FAO/WHO (Codex Alimentarius Commission), ISO and IDF. Today is overworld accepted that the basic principle of market valorisation of whole milk is hygienic quality. In this sense veterinary service has very important role because very serious duty in public health and participation in whole animal production.
