Sažetak
The purpose of this work was to determine the influence of ethanolic extract of propoUs addition on physicochemical and microbiologic quality of "Milpi". The following parameters were determined: active and titratable acidity, conductivity and colony count. Results of investigation show large influence of ethanolic extract of propolis addition on storage quality of "Milpi" and colony count.
