Social Housing Construction Scheme in Croatia

Sažetak

The Social Housing Construction Scheme was launched in the end of 2001 and in the last decade it resulted with the construction of 5553 apartments in residential buildings and with one complex of single and two-storey houses in various parts of Croatia. The scheme envisaged three new residential estates, although two have been built. It enticed the housing construction that resulted with numerous functional high-quality residential buildings of innovative design.
