Sažetak
A complete motivational system, with material strategies as its foundation, must include extensive infrastructure upgrades or infrastructure of different nonmaterial work incentives that satisfy various needs of people in organizations. The fundamental starting point in practice of motivating in today's organizations is the realization that the motivation for work will be greater if a person can fulfil several of his or her diversified needs, not just the existential ones. For motivation, the needs of higher order, namely the development and validation of one’s own skills and opportunities for autonomy, respecting certain status, etc., are becoming more important.
