Changes of the nutritive value of UHT sterilized milk during storage

Sažetak
The nutritive value of UHT sterilized milk has been found considerably decreasing during storage due to the formation of sediment and cream adhering to the carton wall of package. Neither the sediment nor cream adhering to carton can be removed by pouring milk in the way which is usually used by consumer. Therefore, these fractions are not available for consumer.
