Sažetak

Intensive developing of the agriculture especially livestock production need well knowledge of the quality of food, where the ecological and producing factors have a big influence (Obradovich-Stošich 1961; Kielanowski 1972; Norrszczaruk 1976; Cmiljanić et al. 1993; Jordanovski 1993). The livestock feed industry require a detail styding of all feedstuffs which is use for making on the concentrative mixtures. Without knowledge on ths composition of fodders could not be realised expected results into animal production. Taking in consideration these requirements, it was putt on a tusk to analyse some fodders which are often use for animal feeding in Republic of Macedonia. There were analysed 18 different fodders and 233 samples on the chemical composition by the method of Weende and nutritive value by the Kelner system using required coefficients (for digestibility, starch equivalent and coefficient of full validity). Analyses were performed in the Faculty of Agriculture, Skopje. Investigated feedstuffs are with a satisfied quality, mostly used fodder is corn (28 samples) with 1,36 out units (O.U) and 6,36% digestible proteins (D.P). Barley is with the value of 1,23 O.U and 7,69% D.P. Also were analysed uncommon fodders like are rice (1.30 O.U) and 6,96% D.P) and dry bean (1,21 O.U and 24,37% D.P). Here were analysed many other feedstuffs which are used very often in feeding animals (wheat brain, sunflower meal, oil rape, brewers fresh, sugar beet pulp, corn silage, alfalfa hay). Very often are used such fodder come from grape processing which have satisfied nutritive value, like are grape pulp (0,83 O.U and 5,03% D.P), grape grain (1,21 O.U and 8,40% D.P), grape husks (0,89 O.U and 9,91% D.P). Also, were analysed rice brain which has energetic value of 0,92 O.U and 7,58% D.P
