THE USAGE OF NEW CONTINUOUS MASS AND MOISTURE MEASURES IN THE FACTORY AUTOMATION OF ANIMAL FEED

Sažetak
Continuous measures have more and more been included in the technological lines regarding quantity as well as mass moisture. The aim is to speed production process into informatical system of the firm. In such a production system it is very important to be able to determine, at any time, the quantity of goods in the process as well the quantity of the stored mass, lt is not necessary to mention that the product moisture is of special importance regarding quality and animal feed mixture stability. Consistent and puctual determination of moisture production is considered to be one of the key measuring in the animal feed production. In order to avoid the unnecessary sample courses and to speed the reaction on moss moisture changes, noticed in the process, the NIR moisture analyzer have been developed. The analyzers have been developed on the continuous „on line system“, direct determination of mass moisture, without taking samples out of animal feed production. The review of such measures as well as some schemes of determined automatized technological sub-systems will be presented in this work. The automation of the production process of animal feed brings energetic saving, increases the quantity of final products.
