Abstract
The basic activities of every hotel comprise the receiving of the guests, allocation of rooms, registration procedure and collection of room charges. The said activities are in the domain of the Frontoffice and Housekeeping. The respective managers are a part of the hotel management staff directly responsible for successful hotel operations
