Sažetak

An experiment was conducted to investigate effects and potential interactions of phytase and xylanase enzymes in corn-based diets for broiler breeder hens. During the period from 43 to 47 week of age, grouped housed broiler breeder hens (five hens per replication, five replication per treatment) were fed three diets with two supplemented enzymes, so following three treatments were obtained: control
containing 300 phytase units (FTU)/kg feed, FYT+ treatment supplemented with 800 FTU and FYTXIL+ treatment containing 2000 U xylanase and 800 FTU in 1 kg of feed. Productive performances and egg composition were measured. Additionally, in last week of the experiment dry matter digestibility was done by including inert digesta marker in the feed and total collecting of the feces. Supplemented
xylanase significantly increased overall hen-day egg production by 8.25% and consequently total egg mass production and decreased feed efficiency (by 4.7%) compared to hens consuming the control diet. Increased level of phytase did not influence on productive performances of hens. Also, both supplemented phytase and xylanase had no effect on egg structure. Dry matter digestibility was more efficient on feed containing phytase and xylanase. The results suggest the beneficial effect by simultaneously supplementation of corn based diet for hen by egzogene phytase and xylanase.
