As information technology developed and media become digital over the last decade, computers now produces graphics, sound, verbal and nonverbal communication that gives leaders the advantage of face-to-face communication with key subordinates. New communication systems will allow nonhierarchical dissemination of intelligence and other operational data at all levels. Integrative and interactive multimedia will empower smaller, more deployable formations so digitized leader will have to master new skills to be effective on tomorrow's interactive battlefield. Further; future army forces, both in peas and war will act as joint or multinational teams in which Croatian army will take a part, creating a new way of thinking through understanding multimedia technology therefore is of great importance.
