Sažetak

There are different and often confronted views of the term “inclusive education”. Inclusive education is considered as a concept, movement, theory, philosophy, educational policy, educational practice, etc. the aim of this paper is to consider the possibility of establishing inclusive education as a theory, setting forth some critical theory and critical pedagogy theses, as well as Kuhn’s theory of scientific revolutions.
