From the text: ''The book entitled Transport Documents in Carriage of Goods by Sea: International Law and Practice, written by Časlav Pejović, was published in 2020 by Informa Law from Routledge. Transport documents in the carriage of goods by sea are one of the most important topics in maritime law and have always been deeply rooted in maritime law. In this monograph of exceptional quality, the author analyses relevant issues related to transport documents in the carriage of goods by sea, namely bills of lading, sea waybills, ship’s delivery orders, multimodal transport documents, and electronic transport documents.''
