Sažetak

Relations development between People's Republic of China and NATO results form a radical change in China's foreign and security policy in the second half of the last decade. As an outcome of the adjustment process to new post Cold war relations on global as well as regional level, China started with its enrolment in multilateral political, security and economic mechanisms and institutions in the East Asia region. The goal is to create cooperative security system which should secure long-term security and stability in the East Asia region.
