Sažetak
This scientific work analyses the success of the implemented Erasmus+ mobility “No Fears – We’ve Got Skills!” of the Bjelovar School of Economics and Office Technology. The school identifies and introduces new procedures that educational institutions should adopt to provide students with a better education for entrepreneurship and greater competitiveness in the labour market. The starting hypothesis was: “Acquire entrepreneurial competencies that will make students more competitive and successful in the labour market, educational institutions should enable them to carry out professional practice internationally”. With this goal in mind, the Erasmus+ project “No Fears – We’ve Got Skills!” was applied for and realised, in which 26 students of the second, third and fourth grades, majoring in economics and administrative offices, participated. The development of technology changes the foundations for many professions and the environment for developing entrepreneurial skills that students need in order to be as competitive as possible in the labour market. An example of good practice is the Bjelovar School of Economics and Office Technology, which successfully implemented Erasmus+ mobility in the educational process and overcame the challenges of the first Erasmus+ mobility. After the successfully realised mobility, a survey was conducted among the students who participated in the project. It included questions about their attitude towards the results of the acknowledged activity. Various methods of scientific research were used in the processing and presentation of data relevant to the topic of the scientific work, such as the method of analysis and synthesis, the process of comparison, the practice of classification, the method of induction and deduction, the method of description and the form of compilation. According to empirical research, most respondents believe that Erasmus+ mobility contributed to the increase of their entrepreneurial skills, professional competencies and the development of self-confidence, and influenced the development of entrepreneurial ideas. From the obtained results, we can conclude that the students think Erasmus+ student mobility is beneficial and could represent an essential element in entrepreneurship education. The research confirmed the working hypothesis.
