MANAGEMENT IN THE AGE OF ECONOMIC CRISIS AND INFLATION

Abstract

The subject of this paper is management in conditions of crisis and inflation on the global market, with special reference to the EU, USA, Russia and SFRJ. The research carried out in the paper will be based on dialectical, synthetic, verification and specialmethods that examine specific economic phenomena and research goals of economic reality and management (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, comparison). The research results will indicate the impact of crisis and inflation on management, with a special emphasis on holistic management based on human resources as knowledge bearers. The structure of the paper consists of an introduction, the core of the paper's topic and a conclusion in which the emphasis will be on management, the crisis and growing inflation on a global and regional level.
