Sažetak

Automation and artificial intelligence have significantly impacted office environments and business. By using automation, companies can simplify their tasks, improve efficiency and increase productivity in the office. The integration of artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT, enabled effective
communication, collaboration and knowledge management within office teams. The paper, which is based on the thesis of the student Mislav Vodvarka, provides a comprehensive overview of the office and its functions, structure and work environment that define it, as well as automation and a view of artificial intelligence with a special emphasis on ChatGPT and some of its capabilities. The benefit is examined, but also the benefits and examples of the use of ChatGPT in integration with other office software and platforms on which segments the office business is managed. Research was conducted on the use of ChatGPT and artificial intelligence in business, the results of the research were analyzed and conclusion is presented at the end.
