Test anxiety is a pervasive issue among students that can significantly affect their academic performance. This literature review aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between test anxiety and the academic achievement of students. We delve into various measurement tools used to assess test anxiety and explore the factors that put students at risk. Additionally, we examine interventions and strategies to mitigate the negative effects of test anxiety on academic outcomes. Understanding this complex phenomenon is crucial for educators, students, and policymakers to create a supportive learning environment conducive to optimal academic achievement.
