Abstract

Basic strength of an enterprise are not technical or computer equipment, or functional order of the space in kindergarten, as same as type of the product that enterprise offers. Namely, all these factors are not invariable, depending about transformations: they could be replaced or compensated. Basic strength of every enterprise are human resources. In modern enterprises, developing human resources intensively grows and spread out. The process of changing starts from the reactive approach to employees to proactive satisfying people's needs and motivating human potentials. Thus, process starts from the selection newcomers in the enterprise to developing current human resources.
Which tasks and jobs connected with the matter about choosing and developing human resources psychologists in kindergartens currently do, and how wide and with which influence ? What are their perspectives in this field ? Those questions were examined at experts co-operators psychologists in kindergartens in City of Zagreb and Zagreb District.
Despite the fact that results suggest that current psychologist’s influence about human resources is relatively small, perspectives of using psychologist’s knowledge for “creating” employees that enable secure and stimulating environment for pre-school child in the kindergarten are really big.
