Sažetak

Manure which consists of feces and urine of domestic animals, and sometimes of small amounts of litter, processed using micro-organisms is used as a fertilizer. But today, the organic manure can also be used as an energy-generating product through anaerobic fermentation as a by-product in the production of biogas, before its application in the field. Also, beside manure all kinds of plant material which can be anaerobically can be substrates for the biogas production. This work has established the relationship of biogenic elements (N, P, K) in AD and manure, after the biogas production and also the presence of certain isolated bacteria from Escherichia, Bacillus, Enterococcus, Micrococcus, Proteus and Nocardia species. Analysis of biogenic elements and bacteriological analysis were conducted on three different kinds of solid manure: chicken manure, pig manure and cow manure. In addition to the solid manure, analysis of biogenic elements were also conducted on corn silage, hay and clover - grass mixture. Based on the obtained results, it was found that the fermented sludge after the anaerobic fermentation, regardless of the raw material type can be applied in agricultural production, especially in lawn fertilization and field crops fertilization immediately after the process. Amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus are approximately equal as in the manure, while the amount of potassium is slightly smaller. From the bacteriological point of view, fermented sludge can be used in agriculture as organic fertilizer because Salmonella and Listeria have not been proven in any sample.
