Connection of Urban and Telecommunication System of Croatia

Sažetak

In this paper author analyses the main caracteristics of the urban and telecommunication system of Croatia and points out their interdependence. The higher development degree of telecommunication system in greater cities is confirmed while the smaller cities and rural areas are very poorly connected by the telecommunication system. The role of telecommunications as industry and service sector decentralization force is insignificant in Croatia today.
